Our generation Y below 35 years looking for first home or small time investor who look for low end prop for easy cash flow. There's a lot of our young generation which cannot afford their house yet. So, first time buyer who looking to buy a house ranges below 250k for apartment and below 300k for landed property would be our target buyer and client? where to get such prop nowadays? urm, not much a choice but still have if you know where to look and look serious enough.
With an uncertain market of real estate in malaysia which accelerate for price hike so fast and the downturn of economy which can lead to borrowing cost will increase BR, there's an equal risk and opportunity out there.

The Idea
I have so many idea come across my entire life.. so far, none of them work.. YET.. so this night i'm so into a small, unique, pocket developer..
What we do is actually we flipped property for a profit. I think its going to be a very good business in near future. So i better start sharpen my skill. maybe try to flip 1 or 2 project first.
